We are experiencing the above since last 18 years of our business and personal travels.
In all the above good examples we want share one of unexpected & inexperienced incidence that affected us mentally & physically. When we reached Bhuj on 13 Aug 2007 from Vadodara as business trip (Traveling in 2nd AC, PNR No- 843-5509382, 12/08/07), the head of ticket collector (Mr. D.S Chaudhari) has not returned back our ticket after verification even after our humble request. We understood the ticket is the property of Indian Railway, but many corporate people like us producing original ticket as mandatory proof for getting reimbursement for business trip expenses.
We put him below two alternate requests:
1) Return the ticket
2) Give the certificate as evidence.
He refused the both of our request, as a second level step we seeked the following person’s intervention to sort out our situation:
1) Station Master, Bhuj railway station
2) Railway police force
3) GRP-Bhuj
But they didn’t show their interest and sat with their works.
It affects us in following manner:
1) Mental harassment
2) Physical harassment
3) Unnecessary wastage of time ( 2 and half hour)
As our comments are as follows:
1) There is no meaning to open the help desk for passengers at station if they are not able to help.
2) Against the expectation of hospitality, passengers being harassed at Bhuj Railway station due to poor management.

I think Dalip has accomplished a lot. My dad has been backstage for wrestling, yes it is staged and so is the storyline, but some moves are real. With utmost regard I bring to your kind notice that( Wesco,Nesco,Southco) orissa is depriving of the Inservice candidates to promote as HRD asst. Manager.This hesitation is noticed from (1)Aadvertise of 23.08.06 by C.S.O (Wesco,Nesco,Southco) BBSR;for thepost of Asst.Manager HR (Interview held on 1.11.06). The requirement of percentage of marks for Asst. Manager HR given was 60% for both outsiders & departmental candidates where as no such prescription was there for Asst.Finance Manager posts in the same advertisement.
(2)an interview amongst departmental qualified candidates for the post of Jr.Manager HR was conducted by Wesco, Burla vide its letter no. 31/18.12.2000 but no one was posted,why? till now no departmental candicate has been posted in HR Management post , I appered the said interview. I myself was a victim of the same dispossessing any promotion from 12/2000 where as my counterparts have become Dy. Manager in the existing cadre. my all representations and appeals to the higher authorities to post me as Jr.Manager HR w.e.f 12/2000 have gone fruitless and unheard.
I pray for your kind intervention for the natural justice & take immediate steps against such dispanities. I hope a positive response from your sagacity to my this appeal in my adress given below.
