This is a phenomenon which every individual has to develop through out life time. A person will go though various phases of life. The best human being is one who handle all these phases with a sence of optimism and a balanced attitide and think work progressively. You should not give up in the middle. In telegu there is a poem.
A looser never starts a thing thinking about all the consequences of doing it! A normal person will start something, but will quit when he starts facing obstacles! A winner starts a thing and goes after it with passion and doesn't give up until he succeeds!
Its your choice what you want to me. You want to be a looser, a normal person or a winner. Its all a matter of your choice. If you can believe and conceive in your mind, you can realize it.
Do you want to live as a winner, no, you have to live more than a winner. You have to live a super human being, a human being who creates winners and makes this world a better place to live.

Selfless MISSION: India’s Sam Pitroda
By Arifa Khan, Wharton MBA Student
This is a story about an unusual entrepreneur, a leader, Sam Pitroda. Stories abound of entrepreneurs who were compelled to achieve and in the process amassed wealth and glory. But Sam’s story is different. While the best brains of the world were busy solving problems of the rich, Sam espoused a mission for the masses of a developing country that would not count for much in the world economy.
Sam dreamt a dream of fixing one of the many problems that plagued India. The 1980s were the years when the migration of educated young people from India to developed countries mirrored more than career aspirations. It also reflected a willingness to leave behind family ties to join a world of modern communication. Sam focused on India’s problem – an infrastructure of 2 million telephones for a population of 750 million was woefully inadequate – and he resolved that “he was going to fix India’s problem.”
For a year, Sam Pitroda sought an appointment with Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. On being granted an appointment for 10 minutes (the time-keepers thought neither he nor the prime minister needed more), he declined to meet until he was given nothing less than an hour. After what became a famous hour-long meeting, Mrs. Gandhi observed, “This guy is possessed. He wants to do it. I don’t know what, but he will do it.”
The prime minister required a year to be convinced that Sam’s was indeed a selfless motive. When Mr. Pitroda was asked to quote his terms, he responded with a budget of 36 million rupees and 36 months to show his work, and an annual salary of 1 rupee for the next decade. Thus was conceived the Center for Development of Telecommunications that would eventually lay the foundation to make India the software hub that it is today.
India also needed to develop its own hardware, and Sam Pitroda declared, "We will build our own.” Soon he had assembled 300 young technicians to assemble a parallel processor from scratch with a budget of 30 billion rupees in 3 years. Thus also began a computer revolution in India.
Sam’s secret of success was selfless sacrifice. When your mission is to make a difference to the world rather than make a personal gain, you can draw courage from outside as everyone seeks to help you achieve that mission. Sam also believed that working from the top down was essential for a country like India with its 400 million illiterate citizens.
Like Sam, the best brains of India need to be inspired to give selflessly to their country. Every key player in India’s independence movement was a foreign educated barrister, and now every foreign-experienced hi-tech Indian migrant needs to think of coming back to aid the country’s economic movement.

What is fundamental is having clearly articulated values. Fundamental is great products and great people who are passionate about the product and market. Fundamental is delivering actual measurable value. Fundamental is giving as much as priority to customer satisfaction as to sales. Fundamental is building the right kind of infrastructure and process at the right inflection points in the growth of a company. Fundamental is sharing the credit and the rewards with all the employees in the company. These are all fundamentals in the building of a company.
What makes an Entrepreneur ?
I would say an entreprenur is someone who wants to add value to the economy by creating a business through leverating his knowledg, his passion, his dreams and his desires. The definition of an entrepreneur covers the full spectrum of indiiduals who want to be catalysts for enormous change and can do so in a variety of different ways.
You know, entrepreneurs fall into many categories. There are entrepreneurs who kno how to start things but don't know how to run them. There are entrepreneurs who are great idea generators but are not business leaders. There are entrepreneurs who are good evangalists and missionaries but are not good managers. They don't have all have to be business leaders, they do't all have to be great managers. However, they need to recognize what they are good at and what they are not good at. Then they should focus on leveraging what they are good at and bringing in help in the areas where they need it in order to realize their vision. If they can do this, they can achiveve gerat success.
THE STRATEGIST MUST ALSO BE LIKE AN ARTIST SOMEBODY WHO STRIVES TO BREAK THE MOLD, TO CHANGE THE RULES OF THE GAME.
Companies usually have different strategies? But these days most of the start ups are either techno centric or customer centric. Techno centric companies start believing in technology and produce various products and services with the power of technology . Customer centric companies believe in building customer base and build products and services for their needs. Both of the modles become successful, but you need a good team to support your strategy and work on that to build a better company.
Dallas summer is so horrible, its becoming impossible even to step out during the day. Its scrotching hot, its reminding me of the Anantapur college days. Its even worse than last year. Its about 100 to 110 F out side every day and imagine how much heat it generated inside the car, it gets soo hot, it fells as if I am sitting in a cooker and getting burned. This heat is preveting me from going to gym, or am I becoming lazy, its like I lost interest in life, it is such a horrible feeling. I need to get more involved with my self, get up early in the mornig and go to gym and get doing this abs, after I got this knee injury I almost stopped going to gym, dude u r paying 40 dollars per month to gym and you are not using it, u got to be kidding. Leadership
These days, I am into a lot of leadership, delegating work and getttin in done, on time and correctly. Well the best thing is that Sri believes in me and he has completely left the whole task of getting the work done to me. And I am the incharge. Its a very exciting job to do, I started it off nicely and I guess I am going good. But the thing is that I still have lots of loopholes to cover. I need to get more assertive with people. Need to kick butt to somebody, the good thing is that people are proactive most of the times, the trick is about becoming the favourite leader for them so that they stay proactive all the time and deliver the things to me as and when required. How to become a favourite leader, the issue is that, even though how effective you are you are always going to have some resentment from people, but need to find the ways of maximising the positive attitude in the people. For this I need to develop some personal relationship with the people and meet their imagination. Yes this is one thing to do, a trcik a day and get into the people. Well I need to get into .net stuff and start discussing more with Mike so that I can gain more personal affinity with him, I am sure it turns out to be good in the long run. 2nd Day or Early Wakening!
Wow, its a great day again, woke up early in the morning. Morning is so peaceful, I am listening to the chirping of the birds from my balcony, ofcourse the sound of vehicles going on road is disturbing the tranquility. Birds chirping sound after such a long time, I am sitting the balcony and typing this, what a wonder, i can write from the balocy with my laptop.
Just talked to Anand, Kiran, can't imagine life can be so productive waking up early in the morning. I guess its the best time to cross the international time barriers.
Talked to Mom as well, she went to Kasi and came back, she is so happy, well they went to meet Amulya and her family. I don't know Amulya seems to be creating some sort of magic, everybody who sees her likes her, ofcourse I like her too, but not into marriage, naaaaa. I can't tell any reason, but its strange. Lets see how it goes.
Mygoodness, ekkada kuda pittalu vunnayi, i guess they migrated from India, lol. But its a good feeling looking ar them here.
Well, i need to take up some topics and start writing on them. MT is a good tool, i will have to configure it today and get it going. Ohh today got to meet with Sid, i wish it gets cancelled, there is a Keel framework class today. Well, may be the meeting turns out be good and if some entreprenueric ideas comes up, that will be good.
Need to call doc today and appointment for my knee injury, I need to consult an orthopaedic and get his advice. See the amount of energy flowig in my body now, its wonderful to wake up in the morning. Brain takes a few days to get used to it, well its 21 days to form the habit anyway, time to go.
Today, woke up early in the mornig 5:30, well tomorrow I am going to do it at 5:00 AM, so does that tell you anything, I am all pumped up with the lifestyle I earn for, for coming before me, today is a phenomenol day, i had so much time for myself and did lot of work. The best thing is I did configure MT, but there is still a lot of process involved in configuring the templates. Right now my mind is tired and I need to get some sleep badly. I guess this is the result of waking up early, Need to get used to this and have fun once again in life, enjoying my wonderful mornings watching the birds wake up , due on grass and all the cute things of nature once again. Its so wonderful my mind is completely exhausted with the amount of work it has done and the state of elatedness it experienced through out the day, its a good begining.
Rajesh Jain's weblog www.emergic.org is always a great inspiration, I am going to ape his site and the best of growing is following the wise people, he is one of the wisest people available and thriving to contribute a lot to India. I am going to take his path and move ahead in life.
My current primary goals: Configure MT just like that of Rajesh Jain's site. Start working on profile/Dreams page.
I need to look at creating a http login password for the dreams section, i don't want everybody to access that pages. I am going to put all sorts of dreams in there and project the time lines of realization. Today even my body is completely exhausted and needs rest now. Need to get some sleep. It is such a wonderful day. posted by Ram Dhan Yadav at 9:35:24 AM
Good Morning
Huh! I can't beleive I ran the cgi script with 655 permission. Anyways, MT is insalled, now I need to configure it, I am running into problems configuring it. But, its the way, I need to find the local path of the server and do it. Once MT is up, i will make this blogger a legacy system. I will give a link to this in MT also, though.
The most important thing that is happenning is that, I woke up today early in the morning for myself after a long long long long time. Yessssssssssss, its great, its happenning to me again, I need to leverage on this and keep to work continuously on this. Yes, I love this. Today woke up at 5:30 I need to change this thing to 5:00 in the morning so that I can go to balleys classes in the morning and try to work out. Waking up at 5:30 leaves me no room for the preparation to to Ballys. Learning PHP #######
Finally, I am learning PHP, yeeeeeee. I guess I am going to do my whole site in php instead of html. This is a good way of getting into the php system and learning stuff. I need to first test for php support, I guess my webserver supports php. Anyways, its exciting, its just like JSP. I guess I am maturing in software languages after going through all these certifications, I am sure I should mature. Learning curve for php loos like very small for me. Any ways, I need to expore the possibility of using the XML in the website, may be basically in album creation, so that i just add a new tree to xml and it is automatically captured and displayed in the album. I will have stretch my mind to find out a better use of technology. Until now I have been doing the application of technology not really into finding out the porblem and mapping it to technology. I will have to start doing that so that my brain will expand its vision and start producing stuff which will make a difference to other people and possibly , not possibly but generate ideas which produces lots of revenue. IDEA is the basis for the revenue. Ramdhan, start CREATING IDEAS. I guess I will have a new section called IDEAS. posted by Ram Dhan Yadav at 11:56:11 PM
Todays Mess!
I screwed up the Movable Type installation on my server, ahhhhhhhhh. Its crazy, how can I do such a stupid thing. And these cgi scripts looks so crazy, I can't beleive I can't hack the stuff, they keep giving security exception. Ya, i have not read the script completely, I guess I will do that, there should be some work arround. I need to crack that. I have already submitted the trouble ticket, but still I will have to look into that, ego, ha. Machine not listening to me.
Well, talked with Namrata, Anji. Tried to call Nari but he is not picking up the phone. Sheriff he is not mailing me, what the heck. Anyways I mailed Nari though after a long time. Doing this bloggin is really helping me out in various ways, especially in my writing skills, atleast I can write and write all the time. Ouch, my hands are aching, guess typed a lot. I will stop for this post.
Well what was I doing. yeah saw two movies T3 and Team of Extraordinary Gentlemen. T3 is cool good movie with lots of stuff, a very good movie, enjoyable, fun and thrilling stuff. TXG is kind of good movie. Nasiruddin Shah, has a very good role in the movie, that is the relaxing part. THe director seems to be obsessed with Indian culture, the submarine got a huge Shiv Linga on the top, and morti's of Ram, Lakshman and Sita. And they showed Kali figure in the movie which is a good one. Lots of desi guys in the movie working as ship crew, but a good presence after all. On the whole movie is a bore, not a good screen play and the movie gets dragged a lot.
Then I uploaded my site and got it going. The i decided to install movable type on the machine and use it. I started configuring it and stopped in the middle due to some problem. I just started thinking if I get the same problem in the office will I stop working, no I don't rest until I resolve it. Now why did I stop when its my personal thing. Obviously personal life is different than office life, but actually giving up on poblems is not a good one, now that I recognized this problem, i need to keep working, but sometimes it becomes too compulsive and I need to work on controlling that urge of quitting. Never quit, until you succeed.
They didn't give me telnet access, this sucks a lot, still I guess with the value for money, i guess this is a good deal. I need to get this MT stuff in by today so that I will be done with some work. I need to fix targets like this and get going. MT today. posted by Ram Dhan Yadav at 4:02:46 PM

Finally Here Is My Site!
Wow, finally here is my website on line with my name, i wanted ramdhan.com, but its taken already, well I missed the oppourtunity when it was available and I can't beleive there is a guy from europe who wants to register website in my name, i thought my name is unique. Anyways finally my website is here www.ramdhanyk.com Hope you guys like it.
I am trying to put lots of stuff in that, most imprtantly this blogger need to be updated every day. I need to put up all my thoughts and I need to kick start the process of getting into Top 5 B Schools in the world. I am going to put efforts into that and come out successful, I have the experience of makign things successful, even turning things arround in the impossible situations, I have the power in me and I need to develop this burning desire to move me ahead.
Ouch..., my nails are obstructing my typing, i need to cut them, I am going to cut them now and will be back soon. Ok, now it feels better, i can type properly after clearing of my nails.
I had a very troublesome time for the last few months, its like I lost interest in my life altogether and wanted to just lead life just like that, finally I am getting some inspiration to do something worth while and get to better heights. Life is about moving forward all the while, you set goals you reach them enjoy them and then you set a new higher goal and go for it, the same process until you die, else life become stale, boring and obsolete. The word 'higher' is a relative term. The meaning of this word keeps changing as you keep aging and keep achieving new and better(relative) goals in life.
Ok, right now what are the tasks before me. #1 Filling the Dreams page with all kinds of dreams #2 Filling Profile page with more sections and more info posted by Ram Dhan Yadav at 9:00:47 PM
