RJD supremo Laloo Prasad Yadav on Saturday declined to accept the honorary doctorate proposed to be conferred on him by the Patna University at its convocation in Patna on Sunday.

Talking to PTI, Yadav said the Univesity's syndicate had decided to confer an honorary doctorate degree on him. "But I don't know on what basis the decision was taken," he said, adding that he would not accept it.

"I'll not attend the convocation," Yadav said.

Well, I guess one wise decision by Laloo.

i agree to what mr. yadav did , although i do think mr yadav had all the right o be awarded the title, it was a great gesture on his part to decline from accepting the title.
