'If Vajpayee, Musharraf bring peace, they will deserve Nobel'

Source: The Hindu News Update Service

If Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf, succeed in settling the Kashmir issue and bring peace to the region, they will deserve the Nobel peace prize, a leading American columnist said today.

"Shrewdness" on the Indian side and "desperation" in Paksitan have come together to produce a potential Nobel Peace prize for "the two uncommon leaders," the Washington Post's Jim Hoagland wrote in his column.

Well for sure that will be a Nobel Prize winning achievement and they will get all kinds of prizes available in the world and they will stand in the history of world for ever.

Desparate is right. Only India should get that Nobel prize not those Pakis ! They are only afraid now that we'll do something nasty to them and hence they're willing to talk !

Well, Peace is like clapping, you need two hands to produce sound. What ever may be the reasons that the India and Pakistan fight each other, its good for people of both countires to live in peace. Most of the instability is due to the political games played by paki politicians, now that Mushraff is talking in outright terms, lets see if he delivers what he talks about.
