Back To Jogging After a Long Long Break

Today evening, I went for jogging, gosh may be after about 8 months after I broke my knee. When started I felt something is moving arround in my knee area, but I kind of took some comfy position and started jogging, after jogging for about 10 mins the knee joints seems to get adjusted automatically and didn't feel that much grinding. Thats a big relief and I can actually do jogging in my regular fashion soon. Not being able to run was like killing my whole physiology. I was kind of getting physically so inert, that some times it scares me so much. May be I need to take up some skating stuff so that I can fly and don't get the shocks due to jogging. Anyway, real nice feeling, spring is coming up and time to jog/run and enjoy weather and at the same time need to protect the knee properly, so that I don't end up langda.
