Last week, i attended an infomation session on Professional MBA at SMU-COX. There was a question and answer session that went on with Professors and current grads. As usual I was hyperactive there and asking lots of questions and at the end they asked 'What is the definition of Leader?' and lot of people along with me answered the question and they are giving away one book for best answer. Finally they said, all you guys gave wonderful answers and they asked to figure ourselves who deserves the book and immediately I lifted my hand and they gave the book to me. The book is Overachievement - The New Model For Exceptional Performance by John Eliot, Phd.

I started reading the book and its a phenomenal book, giving a new insights on human behaviour under high pressure. I just felt as if God has given me this book with the kind of metal tubulence that I am going through now. I am just into a couple of chapters and the experience of reading this book is awesome. If you get a chance read this book.
