Gettig Rid Of Spam on Movable Type

For the last one week, I am getting hell lot of spam on my website and its making me go bonkers. I have found a webpage which gives a nice way of blocking spam, its kind of geeky for people who don't know computers, but you can try it out. I just followed most of the instructions and lets see how it works:
