AP Farmers Training African Farmers

Recently Andhra Pradesh govt. is planning to send the farmers to train farmers in African countries. Eenadu has released a cartoon regarding this.


cartbig.jpgWhen investment grows a lot and you end up with lots of loans/debts and when produce does not sell for proper price, all you have to do is just tie a knot like this, then tie it to a tree and put your head in the circle, thats it, all problemd will besolved.


This cartoon basically represents the plight of farmers in AP.
