Business Plan Archive

Today I came across this interesting site: Business Plan Archive
About the Archive:

Business Plan Archive is an online repository for business plans and related planning documents. Webmergers.com and the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business have built this site, in cooperation with the Center for History and New Media at George Mason University and with financial support from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, to collect business plans for posterity. All of the documents we collect will ultimately be deposited in the Archives and Manuscript Library at the University of Maryland, College Park, where future entrepreneurs and business researchers will have access to learn from this remarkable period of technological and organizational creativity.

Fall Semester Completed -- Going for Spring Semester

My Fall Semester at Harvard Extension School completed last week. I successfully completed two courses:

Management of Technology: People and Organizations Passed with an A. This course was easy to navigate and professor covered the subject in depth. We had a great team and made a terric case presentation. The knowledge taken away from course was very satisfactory.

e-Commerce Strategies for Managers and Entrepreneurs passed with a B. This course was very intensive and required lots of home work to be done. The course certainly tested my ability to analyze and write a lot. Though I felt frustrated many times, by the end of the course I got certainly benefitted by the rigor I had to go through.

After all the workload I had to take in the last semester, I couldn't help but register for two more courses in the Spring Semester. Work can be addictive :-) The courses that I registerd for in Spring Semester are:

Project Management of Information Technology. I am hoping to use this course to get myself certified as a PMP.

Managing Negotiations. This is a course I am looking forward to unravel the mystic world of negotiations. This seems to be a very popular course. I am hoping to utilize this course to refine myself as an entrepreneur, an industrialist and a politician.

Good luck to Me !!!!!!!

WHY DO YOU STICK WITH YOUR EMPLOYER?

Dear All,

I am working on a project as part of the course that I am taking at Harvard Extension School http://extension.harvard.edu/. To collect data for the project, I developed an Employee Satisfaction survey.

The challenge is to find out the incentives that make an employee stick with an employer. I don't want to over load the questionnaire with all the possible causes that make an employee stick with an employer. So, I sliced and diced various options and came up with a small set of questions that will fulfill the goals of my project. I would appreciate if you can complete the survey.

The Question: WHY DO YOU STICK WITH YOUR EMPLOYER?

Click for the survey link here

Or Copy paste the link in the browser: http://www.novedea.com/survey/UCCASSv1.8.1/survey.php?sid=28

Your input will be extremely valuable for me.

Note: I would also appreciate if you can forward this email to your friends as well. The more the participants, the more effective will be the survey.

(Please restrict to employees working in USA and forward the mail in BCC)

Thank You and Wish You All A Very Happy New Year.
